5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. TENCOINX services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will immediately suspend the account and delete associated data.

Your data may be processed in different jurisdictions as required by our service partners. We ensure all data transfers comply with applicable data protection regulations and that our partners maintain adequate security standards.
