Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TENCOINX platform. These terms govern your access to and use of all TENCOINX services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using TENCOINX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users across all African countries where TENCOINX operates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TENCOINX. You must complete identity verification (KYC) as required by applicable regulations. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and transaction PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TENCOINX is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
4. Services Provided
TENCOINX provides: cryptocurrency buying and selling, wallet management and transfers, fiat wallet services, virtual debit cards, crypto-to-crypto conversion, and member-to-member transfers. Services may vary by region and are subject to regulatory requirements.
5. Fees and Charges
Buy Crypto: 1% platform fee Sell Crypto: 1.5% platform fee Convert Crypto: 0.5% platform fee Internal Transfers: Free External Crypto Transfers: Network fee applies Fiat Withdrawal: 0.5% fee Card Funding: Free Fiat Deposit: Free Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. TENCOINX reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice.
6. Exchange Rates
All cryptocurrency prices are based on USDT as the universal base rate, which is then converted to your local African currency. Exchange rates are provided in real-time and may fluctuate. The rate at the time of confirmation is the rate applied to your transaction.
7. KYC and Compliance
TENCOINX complies with applicable African regulatory standards. Identity verification is powered by Dojah API and SMS verification by Termii API. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, limit, or suspend accounts that do not comply with verification requirements.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use TENCOINX for money laundering or terrorist financing; create multiple accounts; provide false information; attempt to bypass security measures; use the platform for illegal activities; interfere with platform operations; or engage in market manipulation.
9. Limitation of Liability
TENCOINX is not responsible for: losses due to cryptocurrency market volatility; losses from incorrect wallet addresses or network selection; blockchain network delays or failures; third-party service provider issues; or losses due to your failure to secure your account credentials.
10. Account Termination
TENCOINX may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may request account deletion through Settings. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of TENCOINX services shall be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process. Contact support@tencoinx.com to initiate a dispute. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
TENCOINX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
